- The VA North Texas Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Custom Marine Electronics, San Diego, CA for radar components to be delivered to Assault Craft Unit Four, Naval Amphibious Base, Norfolk, VA. This is not a request for proposals. Informatio received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a cmopetitive acquisition. Determination to compete this requirement is within the sole discretion of the Government.
