- Furnish all labor and transportation for courier services to the Dept of Veterans Affairs outlying clinics. These services shall include, but not limited to pickup of pre-package clinical specimens from outlying clinics to DVA Medical Center, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange NJ 07018.
