- Seminar will be held October 9, 2002, at George Mason University, Mason Hall and presented by John Davis of The SBIR Resource Center, and is sponsored by the Procurement Technical Assistance Program. Cost: $325.00 ($290 early birds thru Sept. 30) This is the highly acclaimed SBIR/STTR business development seminar that focuses on how to evoke the desired responses in reviewers of SBIR applications through strategic planning, marketing and proposal development. Course instruction, workbook, & classroom materials will be provided by the SBIR Resource Center, the leading national supplier of commercial business development resources to the SBIR and STTR communities since 1994. The workshop instructor has more than 30 years experience in acquiring funding for, and conducting federal R&D under, government contracts.
