- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1270-01-077-0718, FPG02120000163, Beacon, Low, Aircraft, in accordance with Northrop Grumman Corp, Cage - 97942, P/N 583R290H02, other sources listed on the PID are Lockheed Martin Cage-26629, Litton Inds. Cage: 80080 and International enterprises Inc. Cage: 50218. This solicitation replaces SP0475-02-Q-PP27. Requirement is a Firm Fixed Price Any Contractors not listed on the PID must submit a source Approval Package. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. DSCR intends to award a firm-fixed price type contract for this item. This requirement is Unrestricted. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The base year quantity is 14 each with a 100% quantity option. An award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 003 applies.
