Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 02TC0449. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337215. The size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall furnish all materials and labor to replace 5 operable folding walls in the Lackland Fellowship Hall, Building 1528, Lackland AFB, Texas. This is a turnkey project. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for details. Site visit will be held at 1600 Central Standard Time Thursday, 26 September 2002. Interested parties must RSVP via phone or e-mail no later than 1500 Central Standard Time Thursday, 26 September 2002. The provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition..
