- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement is for: MODEL NUMBER, DESCRIPTION, QUANTITY: MRD-110TD, Extra-wide computer cart with pull-out printer shelf, 1; MRD-204TD, 4-drawer vertical file, 9; MRD-3TD, Bookcase with doors (distressed detail), 41; MRD-450TD, 2-drawer lateral file, 24; MRD-540TD, Computer desk, 4; MRD-542TD, 54 ? inch wide hutch (fits with the following items), 4; MRD680TD, 68 inch wide executive 7-drawer double ped desk, 5; MRD-682TD, 68 ? inch wide hutch (fits with the following items), 9; MRD-684TD-(L), L-workstation with left hand return, 3; MRD-684-TD-(R); L-workstation with right hand return, 4; MRD-685TD, 68 inch wide executive computer desk with vertical computer storage, 17; MRD-687TD, Computer credenza, 2; and MRD-7TD, 72 inch high bookcase, 1. All model numbers are K-LOG model numbers. The Government reserves the right to award this purchase on an all-or-none basis. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09 and DCN 20020730. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. This combined synopsis solicitation is 100% Small Business. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, to include clauses (b)(11),(12),(13),(14),(15),(16),(17),(22), and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Quotes shall be transmitted by e-mail or FAX (707) 424-2712 and are to be received at the 60th Contracting Squadron no later than 12:00 PM PST on 30 September 2002.
