- This modification is issued to delete the previous description in its entirety and replace with the following. Social Security Administration, Region 8, Office of Hearings and Appeals, has a requirement to provide case file assembly services for four (4) hearing offices. The offices are located in Denver, CO, Billings, MT, Fargo, ND and Salt Lake City, UT. Services include a thorough review of each case file, selecting proposed exhibits, markings, and numbering exhibits and preparing exhibits lists. Work is to be performed off-site at contractors location. The government will provide a limited orientation/training session on the preparation of the case file. All potential contractors will be required to pass a security background check before beginning performance on an award. Multiple awards are expected as result of this solicitation. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. Only offerors from individuals or business concerns that qualify as a small business will be accepted. Copies of the solicitation SSA-RFQ9-02-0074 will be available on about August 6, 2002, and may be downloaded from the Federal Procurement website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. The applicable NAICS Code: 561499 with Size Standards of $5.0 million.
