Description

The work includes providing all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the construction of alterations and additions for the replacement of the partial MCRD Underground Steam Distribution system including demolition and removal of existing vaults and steam distribution piping. Removal and disposal of asbestos and debris, excavation and backfill, surface repair, direct burial exterior steam distribution system and appurtenances, concrete masonry and exterior cement plaster enclosures, cast-in-place concrete pits for equipment installation of precast concrete steam vaults and piping, pit covers, painting, cutting, patching and repair, electrical, plumbing and incidental related work.
