- Description
- Provide all necessary labor, material, supervision and equipment for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities throughout the following Property Management Centers: Atlanta, GA North Atlanta, GA South Atlanta, GA Central Savannah, GA Birmingham, AL Nashville, TN Memphis, TN The Property Management Centers will be divided into two areas. A maximum of six (6) contracts will be awarded for each area. Area one (1) will cover Atlanta North, South, Central and Savannah. Area two (2) will cover Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN and Memphis, TN. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract with the ability to perform associated design service for construction projects ranging from $2,000.00 to $2.1 million. The estimated cost of construction for a given year for each area under this contract is approximately $10 million. This solicitation will be procured in accordance with FAR 15.1, Source Selection Procedures, using the "best value concept" in making the selections. Individual delivery orders exceeding $2,000.00 may be competed among the selected firms for each area unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. Services shall be provided for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year unilateral options on the part of the Government. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses only. The NAIC for this procurement is 233320 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The anticipated date of issuance is August 5, 2002.
