- Description
- Project to Renovate Golf Course Clubhouse (VNVP 995002) and Replace Fire Alarm System (VNVP 031005) will be issued in the near future. Work will consist of interior renovation of the existing Golf Course Clubhouse to include the Pro Shop and Office, Dining Room, Serving Line, Kitchen, Scullery and Storage Room. An existing covered exterior mechanical space is to be enclosed for relocation of existing walk-in refrigerator and freezer. Work includes demolition and relocation of load bearing frame partitions, demolition of HVAC ductwork, commercial kitchen exhaust fan system and hood, interior finishes including carpet, suspended ceilings and quarry tile flooring. New finishes include carpet, quarry tile flooring, ceramic tile walls, custom bead board stained wood wainscot system and trim and laminated custom millwork. New stainless steel food service counter and equipment. New commercial kitchen exhaust hood and system. New interior aluminum window wall system and exterior windows and glazing. New HVAC ductwork and diffusers. New electrical and lighting. As well as complete replacement of the fire alarm system. Magnitude of construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being issued under full and open competition. Funding for this acquisition is 96% non-appropriated, and therefore is not subject to the Small Business Act of 1953. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 233320, with a size standard of $28.5 million dollars. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://eps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of a contract.
