- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Provide materials and services necessary to replace 290-ft of existing steel sheet pile and granite bulkhead with all new steel sheet pile and install a new tieback system. The scope of the project consists of removal and installation of asphalt and concrete pavement. This work will be located on the North side of the boat maintenance building at the U. S. Coast Guard Station Gloucester, Massachusetts. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 01-L00006 and Drawing No. 01-L00006 (Sheets 1 - 14). All work shall be completed within 300 calendar days after award. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR THE HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS ZONE (HUBZONE) SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. (Status as a qualified HUBZone small business concern is determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and SBA will issue a certification to that affect in accordance with 13 CFR part 126) Offers that are not from qualified HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered and shall be rejected.
