- OFFICE SPACE WANTED For Lease by the U.S. Government Location: The U.S. Government is seeking quality office space within the city limits of Superior, Wisconsin: Space Requirements: Approximately 6,300 rentable square feet that will yield between 4,900 to 5,500 square feet of contiguous usable space. Twenty-one (21) parking spaces are also required for visitors and employees. Lease Term: 20 years, 10 years firm with an occupancy desired by Summer of 2004. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. Modern office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced and altered to Government specifications are required. Space offered must meet U.S. Government fire safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government for this lease procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
