- The Naval Academy has a requirement to purchase the following items. THERE SHALL BE NO SUBSTITUTIONS. There is no specs available. The manufacture is Vsoft Inc. Per FAR 6.302-1 ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services shall satisfy agency requirement. Item number one (1) Video Click Package. Small Learning System for Educational Institutions, shall include Workgroup Server, two (2) Multicast channels, one (1) system Administrator, one (1) content Manager, ten (10) Advanced Viewer concurrent, twenty (20) multicast users, twenty (20) extended viewers, one (1) MPEG-2 acquisition license.1 Lot. Item number two (2) VCAM-F Annual Maintenance Full Support (shall include upgrade of major feature releases) 1 Lot. Item number three (3) 255100 Video Server: Dell 2550 Single Pentium 3, 1GHz Rack Server, 512MB, 2x18Gb drives, Ultra 160 SCSI, 100bseT Ethernet, CD-ROM, Floppy, keyboard, mouse, Windows2000 Server, Dell 15 inch LCD VGA Monitor. Three (3) year same day four (4) hour Response, Monday through Friday 0800 to 1800. 1 Lot.
