- 22nd Contracting Squadron at McConnell AFB, KS intends to award a sole source purchase order to Surface Systems Inc (SSI), 11612 Lilburn Park Road, St Louis, MO 63146-3535 for the following parts: (2) each ESP RPU Upgrade SP Size Enclosures, 30x24x12 with software and licenses; (1) each SCAN for Windows Server with 15? SVGA Color Monitor, SCAN for Windows Server Setup and Configuration, 56K Server Modem, MS NT Server 4.0 License Pack w/media and MS SQL Server License Pack (current version); (1) each SCAN For Windows Server Data Collection Software & Media with SCAN Web Airport Software (current version); (1) each RPU Antenna Radio Kit consisting of Digiboard ? PCI Serial 8 port expansion board for server, Motorola CDM750 VHF 1-25 watt Radio Server Kit, Motorola CDM-750 VHF 1-25 watt radio RPU Kit (2 each), Antenna (2 ea), Coax Cable, 12? (2 ea), Price Optical Infrared Y/N Precipitation Sensor, Price Precip Mounting Kit, This Relative Humidity Air Temperature Sensor, and RM Young Wind Speed/Direction Sensor? and (1)SCAN Web 3.0 Master User Guide and Commissioning by Field Service Engineer - Systems. FOB Destination. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Any contractor who feels they have products with equal specifications to the above listed products may submit information regarding their product. Any product submitted must be completely compatible with the SSI RIDS system and be commercially available off-the-shelf products.
