Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item. DESCRIPTION AND ATTACHMENT(s): Provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, for the pumping of (2) 2000 gallon septic tanks at Missile Alert Facility N-01. See attachment 1 for Statement of Work. The project shall include emptying and removal of septic waste every 8 days from the start date of the order through 30 May 03 (estimated quantity of 32 pick-ups) for Missile Alert Facility N-01 located near New Ramer, Colorado on County Road 129. CLIN 0001: Pump (2) 2000 gallon septic tanks every 8 days at a cost of $______ per day of service. CLIN 0002: Pump Leach Field as needed at $_____ per gallon (only required if overflow occurs from tanks). Faxed offers will be accepted at (307) 773-4636. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. Solicitation F48608-02-Q-0027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (FAR Clauses may be found by accessing WEB site at: farsite.hill.af.mil/ffar1.htm. NAICS Code is 562991 (SIC is 7699). The solicitation is restricted to Small Business. Anticipated award date is 09 Oct 02. Project will run for approximately 8 months from date of award. The provisions at FAR 52.222-41 -- Service Contract Act of 1965, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offer(s)--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. A completed, signed copy to this provision FAR 52.212-3 shall be submitted with any offer. The clauses at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.232-1, Payments; 52.232-18, Availability of Funds apply to this acquisition.
