- Description
- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has completed a streamlined cost comparison study for accounting support, equal to three FTEs, in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, Revised Supplemental Handbook, Chapter 5. As a result of this study, performance of this function shall remain in-house. The appeal period starts on September 27, 2002, and is for 20 calendar days.
