- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A SF18 has been posted on the Department of Interior, National Business Center website only for the purpose of receiving electronic quotes. The solicitation number is NTSBQ020110 and the solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This is an unrestricted procurement. The associated NAICS code is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The NTSB has a requirement for 30 each HP Vectra Computers VL420 MT 8/1.6 20G 128 W2K HPD-P5756T#ABA and 30 each HP 24X10X40 CD-RW IDE DRV H-P-1543B. These items shall be delivered FOB destination to the National Transportation Safety Board, 490 L'Enfant Plaza, East, SW, Washington D.C. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to include the terms of their standard commercial warranty. Offeror is required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition The following additional FAR clauses in the clause are applicable to this acquisition.
