- Description
- The General Services Administration will issue a solicitation to properties interested in the Federal Premier Lodging Program (FPLP). The FPLP contracts with multiple properties in high travel destinations to create guaranteed lodging room blocks (transient stay) at guaranteed rates for U.S. Government personnel on official business travel. There will be multiple awards made to firms in the Denver, Colorado area. Offers received and contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation are not intended to replace the existing FPLP contracts in the Denver, CO area. This solicitation is limited to the following zip codes: 80401 (Golden, CO); 80214, 80215, 80225, 80226, 80228 (Lakewood, CO); 80202, 80203, 80204 (Downtown Denver, CO); 80011, 80017, 80019, 80045, 80239, 80249 (Aurora & DIA); 80207, 80301, 80302, 80303, 80304 (Boulder, CO); and 80840, 80903, 80906, 80910, 80913, 80914, 80915, 80916, 80917, 80918, 80919, and 80920 (Colorado Springs, CO).
