- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Annual Software Maintenance (reinstatement from 10/01/01 - 09/30/02) for floating licenses: Design Capture-206052RE, Qty 10 each; Expedition Printed Circuit Board-206140RE, Qty 2 each; 2) Annual Software Maintenance (from 10/01/02 - 09/30/03) for floating licenses: Design Capture-206052RE, Qty 11 each; Node Locked Licenses-206052RU, Qty 2 each; floating license: Expedition Printed Circuit Board-206140RE, Qty 4 each; Very Best (VB) Graphical Hardware Description Language (HDL) -206055RE, Qty 1 each; VHDL Verilog Hardware Description Language (VHDL) SysSim-206064RE, Qty 1 each; and 3) Technical Support for (from 10/01/02 - 09/30/03) Annual Software Maintenance, Qty 1 year. This requirement is sole sourced to Mentor Graphics Corporation, 8005 SW Boeckman Road, Wilsonville, OR 97070-7777 as they are the only qualified and approved vendor to allow renewal of software support for Mentor Graphic's Electrical Computer Aided Design Software. Any firms believing that they can provide the software maintenance as stated above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/services) without causing programmatic hardship.
