NAICS Code is 541990. This contract is to remove kudzu from a sloping 3 acre area located in Thurmond, West Virginia. Phase One will evaluate the technical qualifications to arrive at a short list of three contractors to participate in Phase Two. Phase One evaluation factors are: (1) technical competence and specialized experience (2) capability to perform (3) past performance. Phase Two evaluation factors are (1) method and practice of removal (2) price.
