- NA Reference previous FedBizOpps announcement dated 3 September 2002. The total quantity of contracts that may be awarded is changed from up to two (2) to up to four (4). The total value of the four contracts shall not exceed $12,000,000 ($3,000,000 per con tract). Fifty percent ($6,000,000) of the total contract capacity for the four contracts will be awarded to small business provided small business firms respond with a submittal meeting the requirements of the acquisition as stated in the FedBizOpps annou ncement dated 3 September 2002. Submittal receipt date is extened from 4 October 2002 to 3:00 PM CDT 10 October 2002.
