- NA PRON: AX246009AX, NSN: 1560-01-270-0703, PN: 70219-42412-043, Quantity: 366 each minimum/2366 each maximum, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and Texarkana , TX. The required delivery with First Article Testing is 250 each 405 DACA and 250 each per month thereafter, first article test report due 258 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 250 each 270 DACA and 250 each month thereafter until c ompletion. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
