- NA The Government anticipates awarding a requirements contract, to satisfy the feeding requirements of the Headquarters 166th Regiment, and Eastern ARNG Aviation Training Site (EAATS). The successful contractor will provide catered meal service for the dinin g facility located in Building 8-61, at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pennsylvania. Contractor will be notified of requirements through a monthly delivery order. The Government will provide the facilities and equipment. The contractor will provide all labor, subsistence, transportation, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The contract will be priced on a per meal basis (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Meals are required Sunday through Saturday including some holidays although the facility may not be required to be open during certain portions of the year. The total meals served at the facility may exceed 1500 per day, but typically run around 800 meals per day. Occasional field feeding is required. The contractor will be responsible to manage the facilities, order adequate food supplies, prepare and serve food, clean kitchen and dining areas and perform preventive maintenance as required. Contractor will feed all authorized personnel with a meal card who enter the facility. In addition the contrac tor will be authorized to serve meals to other military personnel who enter the facility without a meal card and retain all the proceeds from the additional meals served. The contractor may do this providing that there is adequate subsistence and space av ailability to feed said additional meals without adversely affecting the serving of meals to personnel with meal cards. Contractor will comply with all other terms and conditions as outlined in the specifications/statement of work. Resultant contract wi ll be for a base year and three (3) option years. Only written requests for this solicitation will be honored. Submit your requests to the Contracting Office listed in this advertisement. All requests for this solicitation MUST INCLUDE the following: com pany name, mailing address and billing address (if different from mailing address), responsible point of contact, telephone and facsimile number, e-mail address, federal tax identification number, Cage Code, Duns Number, business size, type of ownership (c orp. etc.) and socioeconomic category. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Only requests for this solicitation from small businesses will be honored. To determine business size contractors shall use North American Industry Classification System Code 722310 Food Service Contractors. The small business size standard for this code is 17.5 million average annual gross revenue for the last three fiscal years. Solicitations will be available approximately 14 days after publication of this notice. Propos als will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation release date.
