- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ)# F128BS22480500. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. The NIACS Code is 811310 with a size standard of $5,000,000. Services non-personal to provide repair for coolant oil system at Three-Bay Aircraft Hanger by replacing the system pipes with stainless steel lines and fittings. The project will be performed at Building # 5110, Dyess AFB, Texas 79607. The completion date will be on or about 01 December 2002. Scheduling will be coordinated through the 7th Contracting Squadron. A site visit will be held at 4:00pm on 27 September. The site visit will begin at 381 Third Street, Dyess AFB, TX.
