- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F6HXOY22610200 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation - proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Government requests proposal to provide the following: (1) Technical and Version Upgrade Support (Maintenance) for LIANT Open PL/I Deployment Licenses (Runtime) ? 118 Ea, Period of Performance is 01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003; (2) Technical and Version Upgrade Support (Maintenance) for LIANT Open PL/I Deployment Licenses (Runtime) ? 4 Ea, Period of Performance is 01 Aug 03 through 30 Sep 2003; (3) Technical and Version Upgrade Support (Maintenance) for LIANT Open PL/I Development Licenses ? 5 Ea, Period of Performance is 01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003. The NAICS Code: 541411, the Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7379 and the size standard is $21M. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. Please indicate FOB destination on quote. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on best value including cost and ability to meet requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification--Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
