- Description
- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for a closed loop plate adapter set/Part # 1013956 to TLD America, 812 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, CT 06095-2321. The closed loop plate adapter set is required to support cooling requirement for 9 ACE air conditioners. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because aircraft require this closed loop capability to allow for proper cooling during ground testing.
