- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a contract on a single source basis to Thales ATM, Inc., Shawnee, KS to convert Thales's Mark 20A LPD Antenna to a Back Course Antenna. The Back Course Antenna must meet the specific functional requirements with the same maintainability, reliability and availability requirements as stated in FAA Contract No. DTFA01-00-C-00025 between Thales ATM and FAA.
