- The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to award QQQ Software Inc. 302 North Irving Street, Arlington, VA 22201 with FAR Part 13, NTE 56,100.00 for TPL software maintenance and upgrades. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All interested parties may express their interest to the Contracting Officer by the due date of this notice of intent either by e-mail or facsimile at 202-691-6026. If there are no affirmative written responses received within (15) calendar day?s form the published date of this notice, the Bureau of labor statistics will proceed with the awarded.
