Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service intends to award a firm-fixed, sole source purchase order on 10/15/02 to Laducer Sanitation, Inc. P.O. Box 100, Belcourt, ND 58316, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations clause 6.302-1 and the Turtle Mountian Band of Choppewa Indians tribal government has proclaimed a resolution that no other entity has permission to perform this business within the confines of the Turtle Mountain Indian reservation. This award will be for the collection and disposal of refuse from the hospital and the IHS quarters located at the PHS Indian Hospital in Belcourt, North Dakota.
