- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following PR: F1SSF022421900. . (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. (iv) This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 339920, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) This UNFUNDED RFQ contains three line item(s): 0001, Pedal Boats Water Bee 400C, 6 EA; 0002, Barracuda Twin Water Bike, model BK200, 6 EA; 0003, Water Skate Ocean Kayak, model WS200, 6 EA. (vi) 0001, Pedal Boats Water Bee 400C, 6 EA, Commercial grade pedal boat for ocean use. Size: 117"L x 59"w x 39"h.
