- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested, but not expected and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation supercedes another solicitation posted under a duplicate solicitation number!!! The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors); 52.212-2 (Evaluation?Commercial Items); 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items); 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items). Note: All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration program (CCR) prior to consideration for award of any DOD contract/purchase order. Requirement: Upgrade the Test Management & Control System (TMACS) server software and the TMACS database software and programming to Operating system compatibility. The existing TMACS database functions to track and document contractor and WR-ALC depot manufacturing first article pre-production parts and engineering laboratory projects as they proceed through the test and evaluation process at WR-ALC.
