- Description
- Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform contracted services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Contractor tasks include: Transient Aircraft Management, Aircraft Arrival Services, Aircraft Processing Services, Aircraft Departure Services, Emergency Services, and Environmental Compliance. The contractor shall perform these services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (including weekends and holidays). This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under the NAICS code 488190, and the related Small Business Standard - $6 million. The proposed performance period is a Base Period from Date of Award to 30 Sep 2002 and five one-year options. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Solicitation will be issued on or about 10 MAY 2002. Past performance information is due 21 May 2002. Site Visit is 1 p.m., Pacific Time, 21 May 2002, Proposals are due 7 June 2002. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the FedBizOpps(EPS) website at http:www.fedbizops.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 60 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government will utilize best value source selection procedures and will evaluate all options years when awarding the contract. See Note 1.
