Unrestricted. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The quantities are annual estimates. Contract period will be for one year with a four year option. Sol. is for DVD/EDI & stock. Del. is 15 days for DVD/EDI, 60 days FOB dest. for stock to Tracy, CA & Richmond, VA. Sol. issue date is June 04, 2002.
