- Description
- Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required for the following project: UHHZ 990271P2. The project will involve the following: Repair Concrete Floor, Seal Joints and Replace Trench Metal Grating for Building 89. Completed work including final acceptance must be no later than midnight on December 31, 2002. This requirement will be solicited under full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR part 14, Sealed Bidding. It is our intention to award a firm-fixed price contract by Invitation for Bid (IFB). The estimated date for the release of solicitation for IFB will be on or about July 30, 2002 with an estimated response date of August 30, 2002. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be 91 days after issuance of notice to proceed. The Official Copy of the solicitation will not be provided on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the WEB Site: http://fedbizopps.gov/. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 235710, $12.0 Million annual receipts. All prospective bidders/offerors are encouraged to register for each individual solicitation to be added to the electronic source list. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modifications, and other pertinent information will be posted on the web site above for viewing. FBO note #22 applies.
