- Description
- 32,500 pamphlets, 16 pages (self cover), 9-1/2 x 10-3/4" (bleeds are required), printing in 7 colors (4-color process plus 2 hits of one PMS color and a single hit of a second PMS color), on 80-lb Eggshell White Mohawk Superfine Ultra Cover or eqaul brand (all pages print on cover stock). After printing, die-cut one 1-1/2" diameter hole in the same place through pages 1 thru 14 (15 & 16 do not get die-cut) and saddle stitch scoring all signatures on the fold. Disk will be furnished and proofs (as well as a press sheet inspection) will be required. Shrink wrap in 25's and pack in cartons for delivery at the bidder's expense to approx. 60 destinations. Each carton requires one cover letter; bidder must print in black ink, one side only, 8-1/2 x 11", on 60-lb White Offset. SPECIFICATIONS HAVE NOT YET BEEN WRITTEN. REQUEST A BID PACKAGE ON BIDDER'S LETTERHEAD FAXED TO 312-886-3163 (ONE PACKAGE PER REQUEST). BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTATION.
