- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 30 September 2002. Reference SOLICITATION NUMBER N68335-02-R-0328. The solicitation will appear on the NAVAIR HOME PAGE Select "Business", then select "Doing Business". The requirement is for an Air Flask, P/N 509041-1, Rev H. Quantity of 4. No option. Technical Data is required. The specifications for the Air Flask are subject to Export Control regulations and will only be released to firms who are certified with the DLSC for receipt of military critical technical data. See Note 8. Configuration Management per MIL-STD 973 is required. Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements. Some testing required. Inspection and Acceptance at source. FOB to NAWC, Lakehurst, NJ. Delivery due 24 months after date of award. This solicitation is Unrestricted. Contractors must be CCR registered. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price type contract using the best value method of evaluation. The drawing package will be available after the solicitation is posted on the web.
