- Attached is the draft version of the Request For Proposal (RFP) for the solicitation for Full Rate Production of the Advanced Multi-Purpose Color Display for the F/A-18C/D and AV-8B. These are pre-solicitation documents only; there is no solicitation currently for this requirement. The Navy is posting these documents in an attempt to gather questions, comments and concerns from interested offerors for this procurement. Interested offerors may respond to these documents with their comments until 24 October 2002. Comments should be submit in Word document format as an attachment to the email address and point of contact listed below. Please refer to the document matrix attached for a summary of the documents that pertain to this solicitation and the applicable requirement for informational purposes only. All comments should be addressed to Dee Peters, AIR 2.4.2.4.8, at the following email address only: petersda2@navair.navy.mil No information may be provided by telephone. Cut-off date for responses is 24 October 2002. All relevant comments and questions along with answers from the Government sources shall be provided for interested parties as attachments to this synopsis during and after the comment period.
