Description

NA This is Amendment 0001 to the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject synopsis/solicitation and a written amendment to the subject synopsis/solicitation will not be issued. The following changes are identified: CLIN 0001. Base Year Lease - Pharmacy Prescription (Rx) Call-In System. Add: (9)provide license renewal. CLIN 0003: Second Option Period Lease - Pharmacy RX Call-In System is changed to read CLIN 0003: Option Period Lease - Pharmacy RX Call-In System. CLIN 0003 is changed to read (3) be able to continue pharmacy processing and store refill information whil e CHCS is unavailable, with the capability to automatically download the refill information when CHCS is available. Add the following clause by reference: FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984). This amendment extends the deadline for responses to this RFQ to 30 September 2002, 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time.
