PRON: AX2C0285AX; NSN: 1560-01116-4207; Quantity: 45, Part Number: 145C1409-1, applicable to (BK) CH-47. Restricted to The Boeing Company (Vendor Code 77272), NOUN: Idler Assembly; Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Texarka na, TX. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquis ition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC. SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.? Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective em bassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are enc ouraged to express their interest immediately.
