- NA THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items: Radio Testing Equipment, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only so licitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAHA20-02-T-0070 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those i n effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, however may revert to unrestricted should two or more reasonable quotes not be received from small businesses. NAICS Code 334290 applies to this requirement and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The following IFR AMERICAS, INC. items are requested: Quantity of 1/each, HAVEQUICK RPM (RPM2H) For Testing ARC-164 Radios (NOTE: This is a component of the AN/ARM-204A system for test ing ARC-164 and ARC-186 Radios), Mfgr P/N: 9001-2902-600, NSN# 6625-01-497-9311, Air Force Nomenclature: PL-1538A. Request pricing as FOB Destination which will be 127 MXS/LGM2, Bldg 18, Selfridge ANG Base MI 48045. Delivery date is 30 days from date of order. If other than 30 days, please specify with quote. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 is not applicable to this requirement. A copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representatio ns and Certifications and DFAR 252.212-7001 (Deviation), Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items shall be completed and submitted with offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
