- NA The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Contracting Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Emergency Nurses Association, 915 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016 . This purchase order is for 1200 Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) provider books and fees, 100 TNCC instructor fees and 100 instructor supplementals. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisiton Circular 90-46 and Far part 12 for commer cial items. This is a sole-source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511130 and the Small Business Standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for com petitive quotes. Solicitation number is DADA10-02-T-0191 . Anticipated closing date is 26 Sep 02. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Govern ment.
