- HQ AMC/DOYR anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 11 Oct 02 for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services for Air Mobility Command at Eielson AFB, AK. Services include, but are not limited to personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items and services. As a minimum, the contractor shall provide ground handling services, air terminal operations services and handling of classified information. Handling classified information will require the contractor to have a cleared facility. The period of performance is on or about 1 Apr 03 through 30 Sep 03 with two one year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered note 1 applies to this acquisition.
