Description

i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation references prior solicitation/synopsis FQSVS8218204, this solicitation further extends the closing date. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request FQSVS8218204B is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-05. (iv) This acquisition is set aside for small business. Funds are not presently available for this contract per FAR Clause 52.232-18. The associated NAICS code is 337127 and small business size standards is 500 Employees. (vi) Line item 0001, Telescoping Bleachers-Two bleacher banks 60 feet long, six rows high, 10 inch rise, 22 inch spacing, floor attached and attached back to back, manual operation, 10 inch plastic seat modules, One set rear rails between the groups, four self storing railed ends (starting at row 3), 6 each 48 inch footrest level aisles with steps and handrails. Various colors to chose from. Bleachers can be moved for refinishing the wood floor periodically. Acceptance will be FOB destination to 377 SVS/SVMP Attn: Mr. Bob Surette, 2190 2nd Street SE, Bldg B20320, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico 87117 (viii) FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, is not applicable. (x) Offerors are advised a completed copy of the provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, needs to be submitted upon award. Offerors must also include a completed copy of the provision at DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation. (xi) FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
