- Description
- This publication serves as a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source, contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, with the Canadian Government for the use of the Canadian Coast Guard vessel, W.E. Ricker., for the Northwest Fisheries Science Center. The Fishery Resource Analysis and Monitoring Division of the Northwest Fisheries Science Center in collaboration with the Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans will do a acoustic survey for Pacific whiting off the coast of Washington, Oregon, and California during July and August 2003. Freeman.
