- THIS IS A MODIFICATION. The RFP # has changed to SP0440-03-R-0180, all other terms and conditions will remain unchanged. PR #: LTC02226001098, NSN 6680-01-148-5818, Transmitter, Liquid Quantity, RFP #: SP0440-02-R-6299. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: October 02, 2002, Closing Date: November 04, 2002. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 73 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 68 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 142 days ARO. Subject item is sole source to Simmonds Precision Products, Inc., CAGE 89305, P/N 20032-0000-0101. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
