- NSN:4820-01-157-8745,Valve,linear,Whittaker Control(79318)P/N 240355-4.Deliver 41 each to Tracy Ca.deliver 200 days after award.All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.See note 26.The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10/10/02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp.Specifications,plans or drawings are not available.Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities.This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete,unrestrictive technical;therefore,the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1).Approved sources are:Whittaker Controls (79318).While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers,the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
