Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This UNFUNDED purchase request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following PR number: F1SSF021990800. (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. (iv) This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 339920, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) This RFQ contains one (1) line item. Clin 0001, Safety Pads, 200 Linear Feet. (vi) Safety wall pads for gymnasium. The contractor shall remove, supply and install wall pads equal to 200 linear feet. Pads must meet or exceed safety requirements. Pads must be hung to original height with 6 inches clearance on the bottom. Individual pad size is 6 ft x 2 ft with an interlocking system to connect each pad. Connected pads will equal 200 linear ft. Overlapping shield bolts shall be hidden from view. Overlapping shield must be installed on upper surface over bolts or bolts hidden from view. Pads must conform to the surface of the wall to include adequate protection on and around corners. Pads must be equal to MMI Athletic Team Sports part # 00348-3. Color: Royal Blue (vii) Delivery time 45 days ARO. Delivery to 15SVS/SVYY, Youth Center, 900 Hangar Ave, Bldg 1335, Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors: lowest price technically acceptable. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 , Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
