The General Services Administration (GSA), PBS, Property Development Division (9PCT), 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor West, San Francisco, CA., 94102 announces the Short Listed Firms for Solicitation GS-09P-02-0075, SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, NEW SAN DIEGO UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE. Contracting Officer and point of contact, Arthur L. Brown, (415)522-3292. The Selection Panel has completed Stage 1 of A/E Selections and shortlisted the following firms: 1. Pei Cobb Freed and Partners (212) 751-3122 , 2. Moshe Safdie & Associa (617) 629-2100 , 3. Bohlin, Cywinski, Jackson & Associates (510) 841-5564 , 4. Cannon Design (310) 229-2700 , 5. Richard Meier & Partners (310) 722-5000 , 6. Fentress Bradburn (303) 722-5000 . Each of the firms listed above will be contacted for interviews which, along with a second stage proposal, will determine the most qualified firm. Firms desiring to be considered as consultants or part of the Design Team should contact the shortlisted firms for consideration. Small Business Concerns, Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns and Women Owned Business are especially encouraged to participate. Standard Forms 254 and255 are due TO: General Services Administration, Property Development Division, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor West, San Francisco, CA 94102, Attn: Arthur L. Brown ((9PCT) by 3:00PM (PST) local time on November 13, 2002. To encourage and facilitate each Firm's outreach to Small Business Concerns and Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns, the Government will be sponsoring a Small Business Forum. The Small Business Forum will be held on October 9, 2002 in San Diego, California.Location and time will be provided at time of registration.
