Description
SOURCES SOUGHT SOLICITATION NUMBER WILL BE: 7TF-02-0012 NAICS CODE: 541511 Requirement: GSA has a requirement to provide to our client, Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC), Case Management software and support. The client, NMIMC, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), after extensive research of all available Case Management systems, determined that there were only three such Case Management systems that will be compatible with the existing systems at all 47 sites involved as well as satisfy all of the requirements needed by the client. The three systems that can satisfy all of these requirements are Canopy UM/CM, esphere and Midas+. The statement of work will define all of the requirements. The client has agreed to Brand Name or equal solutions. The solution must be Section 508 compatible. The scope will be as follows: Scope: To provide Case Management (CM) software and support, to include: 1. The CM software tool(s); 2. Project Management support; 3. Development of interfaces with Military Health System (MHS) and other applications (includes analysis, technical assistance and documentation); 4. Installation of the product in selected Navy Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and other administrative sites; 5. Ongoing maintenance support and upgrades; 6. Initial and ongoing training; 7. Help desk technical support (Tier 3); and 8. Documentation for operations, training and help (on-line and hard copy) Services will be provided at the Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC) located in Bethesda, Maryland. Implementation, training and Support Services will also be provided at selected Naval Medical Treatment facilities (MTFs) worldwide. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance for this order is from the date of award for one year. This will be the Base period. This contract will also include two one-year option periods that may be exercised by the Government. The estimated contract value of this procurement is $1,500,000 for the base period. A single award is in the best interest of the Government for ease of tracking and accountability for this system.
