- This Procurement is restricted to shipboard habitability sources. All responsible vendors may submit a quotation. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-02-T-0381 applies and is issued as a request for quotation. This procurement is a small business set aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE is 811490 and the business size standard is $5.0 dollars. Fleet Contracting Center Mayport, FL intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis shipboard habitability renovation of the Crew's Mess Deck 2-212-0-L on board the USS ESTOCIN (FFG-15), Naval Station Mayport FL 32228. Ship Point of contact for site visit if required is SK1 Durham 904-270-6541. This requirement is for a fixed price contract for the line items as follows. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Naval Station Mayport is required to house personnel standing duty. The duty rooms must be on base to allow them quick response time to their duty areas. The following are the requirements: (a) Squadron rooms 1. one single bed 9. telephone 2. dresser w/mirror 10. Coffee pot 3. refrigerator 11. Coffee (reg & decaf), creamer, sugar, 4. microwave tea, cocoa, sweetener, and utensils 5. private bath 12. Iron & ironing board 6. housekeeping seven days a week 13. hair dryer 7. linen (2 sets) 14. Spare pillow & blankets 8. amenities (shampoo, soap Kleenex) 15 full length mirror (b) DCM, OOD and CDO rooms: 1. one double bed 9. telephone 2. dresser w/mirror 10. Coffee pot 3. refrigerator 11. Coffee (reg & decaf), creamer, sugar, 4. microwave tea, cocoa, sweetener, and utensils 5. private bath 12. Iron & ironing board 6. housekeeping seven days a week 13. hair dryer 7. linen (2 sets) 14.
